Service scope
VehKeep is a web application for maintaining private history of the user's own vehicles: vehicle profiles, service history, reminders, expenses, inspections, documents, photos, attachments, and data export. It is not a workshop system, fleet system, CRM, official vehicle register, or legal, accounting, insurance, or expert valuation service.
Free and Pro plans
- Free works without providing a card and includes starter limits: 1 vehicle, 200 history records, 20 active reminders, 200 expenses, and 100 MB of attachment storage.
- Pro is a paid monthly subscription that currently removes the hard account limits used in Free, subject to technical limits for single files, files per record, and fair use of the service.
- The operator may change plan limits, technical parameters, or feature scope where needed for security, stability, infrastructure costs, or service development. Material changes to the paid plan should be communicated to users with appropriate notice.
Payments and Pro subscription
- Pro payments are handled by Stripe. The application creates a Stripe Checkout session in subscription mode, and full card details are entered and processed by Stripe, not by VehKeep.
- The Pro subscription renews automatically every month until canceled. The price and currency are shown before starting payment, and the actual charge follows the price configured in Stripe.
- Pro activates only after VehKeep receives and verifies payment confirmation from Stripe by webhook. Returning from Checkout does not activate the plan by itself.
- Changing the payment method, accessing invoices, and canceling subscription renewal are handled through Stripe Customer Portal available from the account plan screen.
- Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. If applicable law grants a withdrawal right or another consumer remedy, the user may exercise it by contacting support. Canceling the subscription in the payment portal applies going forward and does not affect statutory rights.
User account
- Using the application requires an account with a valid email address and password.
- The user is responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential and should report suspected unauthorized access.
- The user is responsible for the accuracy and currency of vehicle, expense, reminder, and attachment data.
User data and attachments
- The user retains rights to the data and files added to the application.
- The user may add only content they are entitled to use and process lawfully.
- Attachments should relate to vehicle history and should not contain excessive data about third parties, special-category data, or unlawful content. The application may limit file types, size, and number.
Limitations of responsibility
- Data in the application is the user's private record and does not replace official documents, policies, inspections, or legal requirements.
- Reminders and summaries help with organization but are not professional technical, legal, or insurance advice.
- The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the application available and secure, but maintenance windows, payment webhook delays, or infrastructure failures may occur.
Data and export
The user can export vehicle data to CSV. Before deleting an account or data, it is worth exporting personal history and downloading needed attachments.
The privacy policy describes personal data processing rules.
Subscription cancellation and account deletion
- If the account has an active renewable Pro subscription, the user should cancel renewal in Stripe Customer Portal or contact support before deleting the account.
- Account deletion removes the account and related application data to the extent handled by the system. Data required for billing, security, backups, claims, or legal duties may be retained longer.
- Canceling subscription renewal does not automatically delete user data. Pro access may remain active until the end of the paid period unless Stripe or the operator indicates otherwise.
Complaints and contact
Complaints, payment questions, technical issues, and data-related requests may be sent to the support address shown on the contact page. The request should include the account email, problem description, and expected resolution. The operator responds without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Changes to terms
The operator may change these terms after material changes to features, payment model, operator, providers, security requirements, law, or data processing. Changes do not affect acquired user rights or statutory consumer rights.
